After being banded, I lost all of my extra weight and kept it off, but it took me a long time and effort to figure it out. My life changed so dramatically for the better that I felt a responsibility to help out banded people who were struggling, just like I was at the beginning of my journey.

I put together all my knowledge, all of the tools I used, plus all of my research from clinical studies and all my findings from interviews from other banded people into a comprehensive 12 week immersive course. 

You'll notice that this course is totally different from other weight loss programs. That's because I found that losing weight isn't just about diet and exercise or relying solely on your band - far from it.
